Free computer classes and resources to the public offered by Empower Up, Clark County's computer education and reuse non-profit organization.  Located at 5000 E. Fourth Plain Blvd. Suite E-101, Vancouver.  Offered are: Intro to the Internet, Online Resume using Linked-In, One-on-One Mentoring, Free internet access, as well as free PC and Mac clinics.
