Summer Reading for Kids and Teens
With summer break at a mid-point, it's not too late for children ages 0-11 to participate in the free Kids Summer Reading at our library. "We provide the Summer Reading Program each year in an effort to keep children from falling behind in their reading abilities during the summer break from school. Studies suggest that summer reading is an effective way to prevent summer learning loss. In addition, we want your family to have fun and enjoy the library!" The Library also offers the free Teen Summer Reading for ages 12-19. Source: FVRL webpage
